TWM Graduate Fellowship

Do you want to become an educator who makes a difference? We are looking for teachers dedicated to bringing an excellent education to every classroom in our region. Join us by becoming  a Teach Western Mass Fellow!

The TWM Graduate Fellowship is an applicant-based fellowship and stipend for students enrolled in the Smith College or Mount Holyoke College Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree programs or the University of Massachusetts 180 Days in Springfield M.Ed program. 

Upon completion of their respective graduate programs, TWM Fellows seek out employment wthin the 29 Teach Western Mass partner school network and commit to teaching full-time for at least two years.

In addition to a $9,999 living stipend, Fellows will have unique growth and learning opportunities through one-on-one mentorship, monthly professional development sessions, and continued access to TWM resources.

*Of Smith College applicants, preference will be given to those who plan to participate in the Smith College Project Coach Fellowship
